Another easy recipe using Kimchi, especially for when it’s been sitting in the fridge for awhile and gone sour. (This actually goes same to the previous one, kimchi stew.)
Good thing about using kimchi to cook is that it’s already strongly seasoned, so you don’t really need to add anything for flavor. Just add ingredients, stir-fry, then voila! I will add a crushed dry seaweed on top of that. Yum!!!
