Wednesday is my long day. Full day at work then 3.5 hours at the painting class at night. On my way back home last Wednesday, I was exhausted and it was a very very cold night, I walked by a momo (Tibetan dumplings) cart, which kind of showed up couple of weeks ago in my neighborhood. Though I’d already had dinner before the class, I couldn’t resist stopping to buy some. Just the act of buying an order of warm steamy dumplings was what I needed after a long, cold day.
Really juicy and warm (and a bit greasy), it was the perfect snack to warm up the stomach (and soul?) while I kicked back for couple of hours before going to bed.
